    Episode link above is currently not working on Chrome. Trying to get to the bottom of why this is happening.

    David Kossoff in his Bible Stories Retold of the Old Testament does make the connection between the names Joshua and Jesus when telling the story of Joshua. That was in 1968, and I was always struck by that connection back then.
